Personal data may be processed for: Executive Search assignments, Specialist Recruitment services, Candidate assessment, Client recruitment projects, Reference checks (where authorised), Communication regarding employment opportunities, Legal and regulatory compliance, and Improving our recruitment services.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Our legal basis for processing personal data includes: Consent (where explicitly provided), Contractual necessity, Legitimate interests associated with recruitment services, and compliance with Legal obligations.
5. Disclosure of Personal Data
Information may be shared only where appropriate with: Recruitment clients, Service providers, Professional advisers, and Government authorities where legally required. Telaris does not sell personal information.
6. International Data Transfers

7. Retention of Personal Data
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for recruitment, legal, and business purposes. Following this period, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
